Nutrition

Picture
"You are what you eat" the old saying goes. Well it holds true for our dogs as well.

Nutrition can be a highly debated topic; however after 10 years of rescuing bulldogs we've seen a trend and it's pretty simple:
Higher quality food = Less health problems.

Once we get our rescue intakes off cheap grocery store kibble, they have far fewer skin problems, ear infections, tear stains, and gas. The "typical bulldog problems" shouldn't be considered "normal"!  They can be cleared with a good diet!

We highly encourage our applicants to do research on diet and nutrition prior to applying for a dog.
There are some pretty scary things in the pet food industry. Do your research and be your pet's advocate!
