    • Adored Beast Liver Tonic -
    • Cocotherapy MCT oil
  • Meds:
    • Chinese herbs: 1 small scoop Bao He Wan (acid reflux), Crystal Stone, Er Yin Jain (behavior) - get from vet
    • 50mg Gallaprant

Evening:
  • Food: plant base
    • I usually add a scoop of Dr Harvey’s Paradigm or Raw Vibrance for balance to her fresh veggies
    • Normandy blend frozen veg (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, squash), add Asparagus, Parsley, Butternut Squash
    • Fruit Mix (cranberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, pomegranate, banana, blackberries, poms, strawberries)
    • 1 Egg
    • Cottage Cheese and/or Goats Milk/kefir
  • Supplements:
    • Carna4Flora4
    • Firm Up
    • MovoFlex
    • Myos Powder
    • Vetriscience Disc support
    • Plaque off Powder
    • Flea/Tick Internal Powder (I just do a sprinkle, I dont do full recommended dosage)
    • 4 pumps Adored Beast Jump For Joints
    • Adored Beast Easy Peezy protocol (she’s down to just the powder now)
    • She can get a little fish oil , but not much as it’s high in purine
  • Meds:
    • 1 small scoop Bao He Wan (acid reflux), Crystal Stone, Er Yin Jain (behavior)
    • 30 mg Fluoxetine (20mg capsule, 10mg tablet)

Green Lipid Mussels and Mushrooms are great, but they’re high in purine, so you have to limit those with her. Vets always forget and recommend the GLM for joint health.

She’s maintaining on this diet; if she has a flare up of crystals/stones, you could move her to the recipe from Dr Morgan specifically for Low Purine. She’s asked we not share this recipe with anyone as it’s custom made. I printed it out.

Treats - no organ meat, so no wild weenies. The treats are not the highest quality bc they can’t have organ meat, but some decent ones are: Fruitables, Grandma Lucy’s bears, dehydrated cheese, dehydrated sweet potato, yogurt drops.

Oils:
  • Oust, Away, Evict - dilute in water and apply topically for flea/tick prevention
  • Calm O Mile and Transition - diffuse for stress relief
  • Exhale & Open Air - diffuse for breathing (if she gets AP , this is what you diffuse a ton of)
  • Mobility - rub on knees
  • Any-Itis - 1 drop in food can help with inflammation during leg flare ups or avid reflux flare ups
  • She also has a urinary oil that I haven’t been using, but keep in mind if needed later

Vet:
  • 150mg Trazadone 3-4 hours before appt
  • Dont get there early, she doesn’t do well waiting in parking lot. I get there right at our appt time. Call from parking lot and let them know you're there. They’ll text you when a room is open and you can go straight back
  • She’s been really good with Dr Kruyer. I usually take a plastic cup lined w/frozen PB to let her lick off of while Dr Kruyer adjust her

She needs a urinalysis 2x a year at least ideally. Just to catch any crystals/stones early. Her ph needs to stay around 6-6.5
Labwork annually , including fecal and Heartworm test
Titer for Distemper/Parvo every 3 years
Rabies every 3 years
If she starts chewing at her back paw, her leg is bothering her. She may need an adjustment early.

Her harnesses are from Big & Little Dogs out of Australia. She can get out of Adele’s step in harnesses. She also does well in the Freedom No Pull, but it is a bit restrictive on the front shoulders so I dont use it exclusively. Also BullHug is good.

Her tags are from Bad Tags

Treats - no organ meat, so no wild weenies. The treats are not the highest quality bc they can’t have organ meat, but some decent ones are: Fruitables, Grandma Lucy’s bears, dehydrated cheese, dehydrated sweet potato, yogurt drops.
